Description
Alley on the south side of jackson street pavement has a large dropoff and is not only making driving through it challenging, but it's also accumulating water and causing an increase in mosquitos. The brick walkway in front of that area also holds a large amount of standing water, as its been compressed over the years. It really needs some maintenance or replacement.
