Description
I am following up on someone else's open request to repair and pave the public alley between 2803 and 2805 W. Broads Street in Richmond since November of 2020. We own property at 2803 W. Broad Street and are truing to improve things at the site. The alley is in real bad shape with a huge hole as you enter from Broad Street where standing water collects. The condition is a dangerous one to pedestrians and vehicles. The entire alley needs to be repaved.
