Description
The grass and weeds in the median of South Colonial Ave between Idlewood Ave and Grayland Ave have not been cut in weeks and is over two feet tall in places. It looks awful. As a property owner I pay a huge amount of Richmond City property taxes. Please take care of this as soon as possible. Thank you.
