Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, stated her previous tree planting request may have been closed due to a miscommunication regarding enrolling in the Adopt-A-Tree program. Caller does not wish to enroll, just wants a new tree planted in the available well. Caller had been told to expect a phone call from a DPW employee but was not sure which one she needed to communicate with
