Description
Bushes are uprooted and laying on their side in the median strip on CHIPPENHAM PARKWAY. (Not Texas Road). The exact location: north on Chippenham directly across from the "east" bound turn off to Forest Hill Avenue. The bushes have fallen over and their branches are in the road. It is odd that none of the City of Richmond personnel have not noticed it. There are at least three bushes uprooted and they need to be removed and the branches cleaned up in the road. THE LOCATION IS NOT TEXAS ROAD
