Description
Whole brick sidewalk in front of 615 n 29 street all the way down in both directions is overcome with grass and upturned bricks its dangerous, looks terrible and is getting worse . Its 600 block of 29th street the side with the brick sidewalk, the opposite side of street is concrete and looks fine

(a) It shall be a misdemeanor for any person who owns or occupies property within the city to permit any grass, plant, bushes, weeds or any other vegetation 12 inches high or over, other than trees, shrubbery, agricultural plants, garden vegetables, flowers or ornamental plants, to exist onsuch property.
