Citizen's complaint was for City crew cutting lines to her TV, phone and internet and taking the wires with them and throwing branches in her yard.

    Arborist went out to investigate Citizen's complaint. The Arborist did not find any limbs thrown in the Citizen's yard and also made mention the crew worked 3-4 houses down on the opposite side of the alley. The crews are very cautious when working around communication lines.
