Description
Caller states two months ag o the fire hydrant was dug up to replace pipes. Gravel was packed in hole and caller was informed there would topsoil placed and as a result of the backhoe, a large pothole in the the street with mud. A large amount of gravel was placed in the alley and caller would like to know the gravel will be removed from behind her home and a ton of gravel was left in alley. 35th and N Street; caller would like to know why the same surface is not in 800 Block as the 700 Block
