Description
804 222- 8329 Landline; Caller states there is a tree branch that is hanging over house. Caller is very upset about tree and is in fear the tree will fall. Caller states she has a very small house and is fearful and in tears of the tree falling on her house. Tree roots are coming up from the ground. Caller has been calling since 2017 for the same tree. Requesting is pruned and remove all branches hanging from tree.

- Staff · August 25, 2021Left another VM for citizen today. No evidence of limb failure today. Reached out to Dominion and recvd response yesterday; Dominion will evaluate tree for removal. At this time we are waiting to hear back from Dominion about possibly removing the tree, and if so, the possible timeframe for removal.
