Description

Citizen said that on one side (base of the tree) has a hole and Urban forestry does not think its dead but there has been numerous complains about this tree. She is very concerned about this tree and feels that a big storm would take the tree down and hurt her property and others. Tree has been pruned several times but when the storm comes, large limbs fall off the tree. One of the vehicle had to swerve to protect the car from the fallen limbs.
