Description
There are 2 trees in the backyard of 2004 Sothcliff Rd that are in danger of falling. Another tree fell in the yard and is resting on the 2 trees of concern that are adjacent to the alley; one was already leaning precariously. The owners of the property do not live in town. I am concerned about the likelihood of losing power, damage to property, and injury/death to the people who walk their dogs in the alleyway. Please provide guidance on how to address these risks posed by the trees.
