Description
The tree limbs are hanging close to the flat roof and gutters at 31st Street Baptist Church. The leaves and debris from the tree are constantly clogging the the drains on the flat roof. The constantly clogged drains have caused extensive damage to the interior of the building during heavy rainfalls. The roots from the tree also appear to be growing in an outside drain on the church property. During a resent cleaning of the exterior drain, some of the roots had to be removed.
