Description
A City Works construction group just destroyed a brick and concrete sidewalk to replace a water man. into my building that I don't even use. I paid $5,000 for the improvement of the sidewalk on the Brook road side of my building. We had a layer of concrete put down before the layer of brick so as to protect my fragile historic building foundation from water damage and now there city is destroying that sidewalk, shaking my 125 year old fragile building.
