Description
This is a follow up to a previous request one year ago. Speed humps are needed on Pepper Ave between Three Chopt and Patterson to slow cars on this street. There is high pedestrian traffic from St. Christopher's school and neighborhood residents, but no sidewalks, and cars frequently speed through this street and do not stop at the two stop signs. A traffic signal is also needed at Pepper and Patterson to help with school traffic and pedestrian crossing.
