Description
The owner of the property has a company come and cut the grass of the ababdoned property but they do not trim the hedges. The home is almost completely covered by over grown shrubs and trees. This has become a safety concern for the neighborhood because their have been people hiding in the shrubs using substances and prople have been sitting and lying down in the areas that are not visible.
