Description
The portable toilet that was located on the private construction site at 517 Catherine Street was moved to the public sidewalk close to the neighboring property at 519 Catherine Street. This encroachment on the narrow sidewalk makes it difficult and/or inaccessible for residents with mobility issues. The stench from the unlocked portable toilet is unhealthy for the neighboring residents, and it is a calling card for the nearby panhandlers, the homeless, and others who wander through the block.
