Description

Night Panhandler standing in the medium between NB and SB AA Boulevard is not visible to drivers heading North and crossing Broad. An arrow or signage is needed. Going across Broad the middle lane shifts to the right otherwise the concrete median with panhandlers will be hit if they are not seen. I called Non Emergency police and reported danger on 8/13/21 at 9 PM. Believe City needs to better protect or ban panhandlers from this location. See photo from Google - March 2020.
