Description
Caller states there's a lot of tree debris from a very large COR tree that came down from a storm; she states someone came 2 or 3 in the morning and cut up and removed the large limbs from the street and off cars etc. but the tree debris was placed against the curb and is blocking the parking spaces and the sidewalk is still impassable. Caller is requesting that the tree debris be removed.
