Description

People speed down Fairfax in both directions regularly and even use the intersection of 18th & Fairfax as a "roundabout" to to make 180 degree turns. This has caused several near collisions with other drivers not anticipating someone doing this. We need traffic calming measures along Fairfax, and honestly all of the narrow 2 way streets in this area. Fairfax and Edwards in particular need to be made one way and with some speed humps throughout.

    Fairfax Ave has 25mph signs in each direction between Richmond Hwy and 16th St. DPW will plan to replace the stop signs on 18th St at Fairfax Ave. MFR – Prepare a work order for these sign replacements. TAB
