Description
Last night, after a small gust of wind, a 15 foot limb fell onto the sidewalk and shattered. Five minutes prior, people and pets were using the sidewalk. This is concerning because this has happened 3 times prior that I'm aware of, 2 times landing on cars and requiring extensive body work (neither time during a storm). New neighbors have been warned not to park there as this tree seems to have wicked timing on when it wants to drop dead, and sometimes live limbs. Help. It needs to be reassessed.
