Description

The storm broke a giant limb which made it twisted and hanging over the sidewalk on W 20th Street. It is close to a pedestrian parking lot entrance and over a highly traveled sidewalk due to the close proximity to the James River Park System. I have placed a call with the city, but wanted to document in writing as previous tree attention requests have not had a sense of urgency by the city.
