- Staff · August 24, 2021o A DPW representative met with Councilman Jones in 2020 to discuss school related signs and pavement markings. All related school signs, (including flashing school speed limit signs) and pavement markings have been installed and are still in good condition. The intersection of Hull and Elkhardt is currently under construction on the west leg of Elkhardt. Pavement markings will be restored with the project.
