Description
Sidewalk repair was recently completed outside of the entrance to 1401 E. Cary Street. When the work was done, the downspout from the gutter was cut and the concrete curb drainage was removed. This has caused a hazard as algae is now growing on the sidewalk. This will also be a major safety hazard in winter. The drainage piping below the sidewalk must be reinstalled immediately so that the water drains to the street as it had been before. See attached pictures.
