Description
Excessive storm water is being directed into my backyard from alley (Tow Path Cir). The water is so extreme that it is forcing the gravel on the driveway all the way to the bottom of the driveway. The property is at the corner of the “L” formed by the alley and water is flowing down the alley from both directions into our yard
