Description

Caller states the area is muddy; she states the tree roots caused DPW to remove about two slabs of the sidewalk and gravel was replaced instead... now the gravel is mostly gone and needs to be replaced because there's nothing now except dirt. The area is the corner of Penn. & Hampton. In front of Marymount Park
