Description

The dumpster behind The Mansion Room, 2033 West Broad Street, has not been pucked up in a year. There are rats feeding from it, and it smells like feces, probably from the honelesx folks who hang out there. This after-hour club needs to be a better neighbor and have their dumpster serviced.
