Description
There is an open drain hole in the midst of the intersection at Floyd and Nansemond. It has been there for many weeks. It is an obvious potential hazard - big enough for a child's foot, in an area where there is training for the blind, and in an intersection where a biker could catch a tire on the hole. Repeating, this is a COMPLETELY UNCOVERED open hole. I reported this some weeks ago, but nothing has been done to complete the necessary repairs.
