Description

About 5 feet of curbing is totally missing between 2221 and 2223 Stuart Avenue. It was taken away by a snow plow several years ago. Also, about 10 feet of curbing taken away by snow plows was shoddily replaced with asphalt over 10 years ago and should be repaired with concrete.
