Description
The alley has become too high and is creating runoff onto properties facing Stockton Street. We are requesting that the alley be graded down. Additionally, the alley way has become crooked due to alley work being performed around properties facing Decatur Street that have not been maintained. We are requesting the alley to be straightened out.
