After speaking with the citizen/customer it is noted the address is not an accurate description to identifying the actual location of the alleged sinkholes. The actual location is on Lafayette Av. betweenAugusta Av. and Fitzhugh Av. There are two sinkhole/potholes, one at the Lafayette Av. / Fitzhugh Av. intersection. The other about midway between Fitzhugh Av. and Augusta Av. on Lafayette Av. The gentleman explained a rough fix had been done howeverthe potholes are appear to be reforming.

The actual addresses are 4000 Augusta Av. (on Lafayette Av. North of the intersection) and 4001 Fitzhugh Av. on the side road (Lafayette Av. near the US Postal mailbox.
