Description
Missing stop bar on West Franklin at Tilden for both East and West Bound Vehicles as a result of new paving! Vehicles drive through stop signs without seeing the stop signs. Stop bars (White paint) shows vehicles they are required to stop! Many almost accidents are occurring.
