POTENTIAL SAFETY ISSUE. Location is *NOT* E Broad St & N 14th St. Correct location is I-95 exit 74B. Traffic barrel appears to have been hit by a vehicle and is no longer on its weighted base. Barrel could blow into exit lane. Should be removed or reset.
