Description

Driving from Rowan Ave as it turns into 5th St toward Richmond, passing Hospital St on left & the cemetery on right - at that intersection, the pot holes nearly take up both lanes just before the entrance of the parkway. If you don't drive slowly over them, one could put serious damage to their tires and vehicle.
