Description

Median divided highway signal has not been replaced. Also, on west end of median there is a depression that routinely fills with water, not necessarily from rain only. “Watering hole” attracts a large number of geese that creates a safety hazard in the roadway. Roadbed needs excavation, leveling and paving.
