Description
The pedestrian signal countdown timer is not working on one of the pedestrian signals at the intersection of Jackson Street and 4th Street. This pedestrian signal is the signal for pedestrians traveling south on 4th Street on the left side of the street. The countdown timer is broken but the white walk light and red don't walk light are still working.
