Description

Tree on Brook Road and Windsor Avenue; tree has been decaying for several years but within the past several weeks, the tree is split down the middle, termites has taken over the tree and bark is falling. If the tree falls will pull down lines from the street lines and a fall on citizen's car. Utility lines are for street lights only; 1200 Windsor Avenue, Richmond, VA
