Description
The alley between the 800 block of W 29th and W 28th street is completely overgrown and impassable. Alley should continue down to Riverside Ave and end behind that house, however is becomes impassable behind 811 29th street due to overgrowth, lack of gravel, etc. Needs to be cleared and lots of trash needs to be removed.
