Dead crown of tree, large dead limbs overhanging 3924 Wythe Avenue. Tree is located at north east corner of Lafayette Avenue and Wythe Avenue. Reported first on 6/25/2020 and again on 7/2021 with Ian Bow. Still no follow-up.
