Description
We have owned our house for 3.5 years in this time this tree has died off more each year. Now it only has 20% of its leaves and mostly bare and dead limbs. I have put in requests past years for this tree but it is really far gone now and growing mushrooms at its base which is another indicator of the tree being dead or rotting. I dont want this tree to fall on my house,our car or a neighbors house or car. It should be removed and we would love to replant a new healthy tree in its place. Thanks!
