Description
There is a huge bump of asphalt right at the end of a sidewalk that is inclined so that people with wheelchairs or bicycles or strollers can get across the street. One of my neighbors uses a wheelchair and I saw her almost tip over and fall yesterday trying to get around it. This is been here for a long time and it needs to be repaired. If she falls over and hurts herself, I think you have a legal case on your hands for injury.
