Description
This is my follow-up to DPW000083447. Since the tree cutting guys I hired couldn't remove the tree due to POWER lines and the tree is located in the alley -- therefore not your problem, who is responsible for the alley? I have to problem waiting for it to fall and it the power lines. Don't want it to fall on my brand new fence.
