Original request DPW59704 8/20/20 for two trees to be planted, Caller paid $100 check # 1033 and trees were never planted. Comments from 7/14/21 indicated to the best of their knowledge the trees were planted and ticket was closed. Caller states if the tree's can't be planted, caller is requesting a refund since the request was submitted 8/20/20.
