Description

The left turn signal from Patterson Ave onto Three Chopt heading west is not changing. It has been this way for several weeks and vehicles are running the light. Delays are 15 mins plus. Originally reported to VDOT, but the area is within city limits of Richmond.

    M Watched intersection for 45 minutes. Detection did not fail once. There is a Lead / Lag situation where this movement comes up last out of the straight through and the opposite left.
