Description
The pedestrian signal countdown timer is not working on one of the pedestrian traffic signals at the intersection of E Broad Street and N 2nd Street. This pedestrian signal is the signal for pedestrians traveling north on N 2nd Street on the right side of the street. The countdown timer is not working but the white walk light and red don't walk lights are still working.
