Description
The flashing signal for the new pedestrian crosswalk has been out for about a week. This is the new crosswalk between Dogwood Dell parking area and VITA Course/Maymont side of Park Rd. It cannot be activated from either side of the street. Very few cars actually stopping to allow pedestrians to safely cross.
