  Another caller is calling back...Caller states he has called before about his concern to have the cal de sac cleaned up of trash and high grass on public property. But concerned was placed under private property and the inspector advised him of it being out of his control.... The concern is in the front of 2117 Wright Ave. address and there's high grass at the guard rail and trash.
