Description
Construction equipment is parked on public road and is completely blocking view of stop sign entering a 4 way intersection where the perpendicular road doesnt have a stop sign. Families are biking and walking and could easily be hit by a car that can’t see the stop sign as they enter the intersection until it is too late.
