Description
Trash truck spilled white paint or some kind of fluid from the top of the alley at 26th and down the alley towards 25th street. It's the alley between Grace and Franklin st. The 25th Street Townhouse Association just paved our parking lot and spent 11,000 dollars to improve the area and now the trash truck spilled fluid all over the alley next to our new parking lot
