Description
I reported this problem in 2017 when $3000 dollars in damage was done to my car. PMI rejected my claim stating that since it was last reported in 2015, it must have been repaired, so my claim was invalid. Yet here we are 4 years later and the problem remains. A neighbor just told me that a family I no an SUV bottomed out last week and spilled oil all over the road. This is what happened to my car in 2017. City of Richmond: GET IT TOGETHER. Your neglect is costing citizens hard earned dollars.
