Description
Pot holes on 5th Street between East Cary and East Byrd St. Causing cars to swerve into other lanes of traffic. DANGER Pot holes are on East 5th Street between Canal and Byrd Street. A few feet away from the parking deck. These unattended potholes will cause a serious accident. Numerous cars travel this road to get to the toll booths leading to interstate 64 and 95.
